Chính sách này áp dụng cho ZroLingo, ứng dụng học ngôn ngữ được phát triển bởi ZroTek.This policy applies to ZroLingo, a language-learning application developed by ZroTek.

3. Mô hình lưu trữ3. Storage Model
ZroLingo được thiết kế theo hướng offline-first. Nhiều loại dữ liệu sẽ được lưu trực tiếp trên thiết bị. Nếu bật cloud sync, một phần dữ liệu có thể được đồng bộ lên backend.ZroLingo is designed with an offline-first model. Many data items are stored directly on the device. If cloud sync is enabled, selected data may be synchronized to backend services.

5. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba5. Third-Party Services
ZroLingo có thể dùng các dịch vụ backend và hạ tầng như Supabase cho tài khoản, đồng bộ và lưu trữ. Chính sách của nhà cung cấp sẽ áp dụng cho phần xử lý phía họ.ZroLingo may use backend and infrastructure providers such as Supabase for account, synchronization, and storage. Provider-side processing is governed by the relevant provider policies.
6. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu6. Retention and Deletion
Bạn có thể xóa dữ liệu cục bộ bằng cách gỡ ứng dụng hoặc xóa storage. Với dữ liệu đã đồng bộ, bạn có thể yêu cầu hỗ trợ xóa qua kênh liên hệ bên dưới.You can delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing storage. For synced data, you can request deletion through the support contact below.
